Good blog liked the Black Eyed Peas message in their lyrics.
Re your question of why do people accuse others of behaviour they themselves are guilty of ?
I believe that this is because other people act as a mirror to ourselves.
So if you do perceive a "lack" in someone else it's a message that you need to look at yourself first.
Sometimes the message falls upon deaf ears or we aren't ready for it.
But if you are listening/tuned in then you can grow and develop


Great post! When we judge others we judge ourselves, even those with the greatest intentions can blame someone or label them as 'wrong'. Love the last line 'A little love goes a long way'.
